TAGLIOLINI PICCANTI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

450 g Tagliolini all'uovo
2 formaggi caprini
60 g salame piccante
grana grattugiato
burro
sale

Stemperare i caprini con due cucchiai di acqua calda e unirli al salame tritato. Cuocere i Tagliolini in abbondante acqua salata, scolarli al dente, condirli con la salsa preparata, il burro fuso e il grana, mescolare e servire.
