TAGLIATELLINE ASPARAGI E GAMBERI

Ingredienti per 4 persone

240 (250) g Tagliatelle all'uovo
1 mazzo asparagi
240 g gamberi
q.b. scalogno
prezzemolo
sale
Pepe
olio oliva

Preparazione

  1. sgusciare i gamberi e bollirli x 4 minuti, poi lasciarli asciugare fuori acqua
  2. lessare gli asparagi, puliti e tagliati a pezzi grossolani, per 5 minuti
  3. in un capace tegame far rosolare nell'olio, lo scalogno e unire gli asparagi e i gamberi
  4. lessare le tagliatelline e farle saltare nel tegame
  5. unire il prezzemolo, aggiustando di sale e Pepe e servire
