TAGLIATELLE ALLO ZAFFERANO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g Tagliatelle
400 g pisellini
30 g burro
1 bustina Zafferano
1 cipolla media
sale

Passare i piselli nel burro insieme alla cipolla tritata sottilmente, cuocere a fuoco dolce per 10'. Sciogliere lo Zafferano in abbondante acqua salata e cuocervi la pasta. Scolarla al dente, condirla con una noce di burro, aggiungere i piselli, mescolare con cura e servire subito.
