TAGLIATELLE IN VERDE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g Tagliatelle all'uovo
300 g fagiolini surgelati
50 g panna
80 g Fontina
40 g burro
2 uova
grana grattugiato
Basilico
sale
Pepe

Lessare i fagiolini per 5 minuti in acqua bollente salata, unire le Tagliatelle e portarle a cottura.

In una Terrina sbattere i tuorli con la panna, salare, pepare, versare le Tagliatelle e i fagiolini, condire con il burro e il grana, unire la Fontina tagliata a scaglie, spolverizzare con il Basilico tritato, far amalgamare il tutto e servire.
