TAGLIATELLE RAFFINATE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g Tagliatelle all'uovo
1/2 cipolla
10 noci
1 confezione funghi Findus
150 g panna
burro
1/2 cucchiaio prezzemolo tritato
sale
Pepe

Soffriggere la cipolla tritata con abbondante burro. Unire i funghi, aggiungere il prezzemolo, salare, pepare e cuocere per 20'. Tritare le noci e aggiungerle ai funghi. Incorporare la panna e togliere dal fuoco. Condire le Tagliatelle cotte al dente con la salsa di funghi e noci e servire.
