TAGLIATELLE AI QUATTRO FORMAGGI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:


400 g Tagliatelle verdi
1 Mozzarella
50 g groviera
50 g provolone
50 g formaggio olandese
80 g burro
sale
Pepe

Cuocere le Tagliatelle in abbondante acqua salata, scolarle al dente, metterle in una pirofila imburrata, unire il burro a pezzetti, i formaggi tagliati a bastoncini e la Mozzarella tagliata a fettine, infornare per pochi minuti e servire ben calde.
