TAGLIATELLE AI PISELLI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

450 g Tagliatelle
450 g piselli
1/2 bustina Zafferano
1/2 bicchiere vino bianco
farina
brodo
1 uovo
50 g grana
1 cipolla
burro
sale
Pepe

Mettere i piselli scongelati in un tegame con il burro e la cipolla tritata, spolverizzare con la farina, mescolare, bagnare con il vino, salare, pepare, unire lo Zafferano diluito con il brodo, cuocere per 5 minuti e versare il tuorlo.

Cuocere la pasta al dente e condirla con la salsa e il grana grattugiato.
