TAGLIATELLE AL MAIS

Ingredienti:

Per 4 persone:

350 g Mais in scatola
400 g Tagliatelle
50 g pancetta
1 tazza Besciamella
1/2 cipolla affettata
grana grattugiato
burro
sale
Pepe

In un tegame fare soffriggere la cipolla con il burro, aggiungere la pancetta tagliata a dadini e lasciare insaporire. Aggiungere il Mais, salare e pepare.

Cuocere la pasta in abbondante acqua salata, scolare al dente; aggiungere il soffritto di pancetta e Mais, la Besciamella ben calda ed il formaggio grana. Mescolare delicatamente e servire.
