TAGLIATELLE AL LATTUGHINO

Ingredienti per 4 persone

240 gTagliatelle all'uovo
120 gprosciutto crudo in unica fetta
1 cespo lattuga
1 cipolla
1 uovo
q.b. olio
sale
Pepe
Salvia
panna liquida

Preparazione

  1. rosolare la cipolla tagliata finemente con i dadini di prosciutto crudo
  2. aggiungere la Salvia e unire il lattughino tagliato a striscioline
  3. cuocere per 10 minuti e frullare il composto
  4. cuocere le Tagliatelle
  5. farle saltare nel composto, aggiungendo l'uovo ed un poco di panna
  6. mescolare velocemente e per pochissimo tempo e servire
