TAGLIATELLE AL LATTE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

500 g Tagliatelle
80 g burro
80 g parmigiano grattugiato
1/2 bicchiere latte
Noce moscata
sale
Pepe

Fondere il burro, aggiungere il formaggio, mescolare e subito stemperare con il latte. Far restringere la salsa, salare e pepare.

Versare la salsa sulle Tagliatelle caldissime, completare con una macinatina di Noce moscata, mescolare e servire.
