TAGLIATELLE CON GAMBERI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

250 g Tagliatelle
1 kg gamberoni
500 g brodo di pesce
70 g olio
300 g pomodori maturi
prezzemolo
2 spicchi aglio
50 g scalogno
scorza d'arancia grattugiata

Pulite i gamberoni e tagliate i pomodori a pezzetti. Soffriggete aglio e scalogno nell'olio, togliendoli appena saranno rosolati, quindi versate i gamberi i pomodori e il brodo di pesce. Salate, pepate e aggiungete la scorza di arancia. Cuocete la salsa 5', toglietela dal fuoco e unite il prezzemolo tritato Condite la pasta e servite ben caldo.
