TAGLIATELLE DELICATE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g Tagliatelle all'uovo
200 g pisellini
100 g mascarpone
4 foglie lattuga
1/2 cipolla piccola
grana
olio
burro
sale

Soffriggere la cipolla tritata con 2 cucchiai di olio e una noce di burro. Unire le foglie di lattuga tagliate a listarelle e i piselli passati sotto l'acqua fredda. Salare, bagnare con 1/2 bicchiere di acqua calda e cuocere coperto per 10'. Lessare le Tagliatelle, condirle con il mascarpone, aggiungere i piselli e mescolare. Servire con grana grattugiato.
