TAGLIATELLE AL CURRY

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g Tagliatelle all'uovo
2 cipolle
burro
1/2 bicchiere marsala
1/2 dado
1 cucchiaino Curry
sale

Appassire in 50 g di burro le cipolle affettate a velo. Spruzzare con il marsala, insaporire con il dado e cuocere ancora per 10'. Prima di togliere dal fuoco unire il Curry e 20 g di burro. Scolare la pasta al dente, condire con la salsa e servire subito.
