TAGLIATELLE CARCIOFI E PROSCIUTTO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g Tagliatelle
100 g prosciutto cotto
3 carciofi
1 spicchio aglio
1 ciuffo prezzemolo
4 cucchiai olio
50 g burro
30 g parmigiano grattugiato
1 limone
sale
Pepe

Cuocere i carciofi a spicchi nell'olio a fuoco lento con un trito di aglio e prezzemolo, sale e Pepe. Saltare in padella il prosciutto a dadini con 30 gr di burro. Lessare le Tagliatelle, scolarle al dente e condirle con il burro, i carciofi, il prosciutto e il parmigiano. Mescolare e servire subito.
