TAGLIATELLE AL BURRO NERO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

350 g Tagliatelle all'uovo
100 g burro
abbondante parmigiano grattugiato
sale

Lessare al dente le Tagliatelle. Fondere il burro fino a che avrà preso un colore nocciola. Scolare la pasta e condirla con il burro e il parmigiano.
