TAGLIATELLE AGLI ASPARAGI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

500 g Tagliatelle all'uovo fresche
200 g asparagi surgelati
200 g polpa di pomodoro
olio
aglio
cipolla
Basilico
30 g burro
parmigiano grattugiato
sale
Pepe

Cuocere gli asparagi a vapore per 5'. Rosolare nell'olio aglio e cipolla tritati, aggiungere gli asparagi a pezzetti e lasciar insaporire per 5'. Unire pomodoro, Basilico sminuzzato, salare, pepare e far restringere la salsa. Lessare ben al dente la pasta in acqua salata, scolarla e trasferirla nella padella con il sugo. Far insaporire e mantecare con burro e parmigiano.
