TAGLIATELLE AGLI AMARETTI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

500 g Tagliatelle
100 g mascarpone
100 g Amaretti
burro
sale

Sbriciolare gli Amaretti, aggiungere il mascarpone, girare delicatamente e far amalgamare.

Cuocere le Tagliatelle in abbondante acqua salata, scolarle al dente, condirle con il burro fuso, unire la crema ottenuta, mescolare e servire calde.
