SUGO PRIMAVERA

Ingredienti:

Per 4 persone:

2 scatole pomodori a pezzettoni
1 mazzo abbondante Basilico
3--4 spicchi aglio
parmigiano a scaglie, o se vi piace Pecorino
olio di oliva
sale
12 kg Spaghetti

Mettete a bollire abbondante acqua salate ed al momento giusto gettate la pasta. Nel frattempo mettete nel bicchierone del mixer gli ingredienti sopra elencati infilateci il ``coso" e frrrrrrullllate il tutto. Deve risultare un sugo decisamente denso. Scolate la pasta e conditela Così a freddo.
