SPIANARELLE VIVACI

Ingredienti:

Per 3 persone:

250 g fettuccine
1 melanzana media, sbucciata
3 zucchine piccole
2 pomodori maturi e sodi
timo
maggiorana
Ginepro in bacche
Pepe
sale

Tagliate a cubetti la melanzana, le zucchine ed i pomodori. Soffrigete le melanzane e le zucchine in olio extra vergine di oliva, poi aggiungete anche i pomodori. A cottura quasi ultimata insaporire il sugo con un'abbondante spolverata del mix di Ginepro in bacche, timo e maggiorana. Regolate di sale e Pepe e condite di questo sugo le spianarelle precedentemente cotte in abbondante acqua salata.
