SPAGHETTI SUPER

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g Spaghetti
olio
100 g prosciutto crudo in una Sola fetta
burro
1 spicchio mela golden
cognac
panna
1/2 cipolla
sale
Pepe

Tritare insieme cipolla e mela, rosolarle in 40 gr di burro e 2 cucchiai di olio e salare. Unire il prosciutto a dadini, bagnare con 3 cucchiai di cognac e far evaporare.

Scolare gli Spaghetti al dente, pepare, condire con il sugo e qualche cucchiaio di panna. Servire subito.
