SPAGHETTI ALLA RUCOLA

Ingredienti:

Per 4 persone:


400 g Spaghetti integrali
2 mazzetti rucola
300 g panna
150 g burro
150 g parmigiano grattuguato
sale
Pepe

Mondare, lavare e spezzettare grossolanamente la rucola. Sciogliere il burro in un tegamino, versare la rucola e cuocerla per 10 minuti, mescolando spesso; salare, pepare ed incorporare la panna e il parmigiano. Proseguire la cottura, mescolando con un cucchiaio di legno, fincé la salsa avrà raggiunto la giusta densità. Cuocere gli Spaghetti in acqua bollente salata, scolarli al dente e condirli con la salsa alla rucola.
