SPAGHETTI AL ROSMARINO E PINOLI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g Spaghetti
1 rametto Rosmarino
30 g burro
olio
sale
aglio
30 g pinoli
vino bianco
60 g Pecorino
1 Peperoncino rosso

Mentre cuoce la pasta, rosolare la cipolla con olio, burro ed il trito di Rosmarino, aglio e pinoli. Bagnare con il vino bianco ed aggiungere il Peperoncino rosso. Far cuocere a fuoco lentissimo per 10 minuti. Scolare la pasta al dente, versarla in una zuppiera e condirla con il sugo al Rosmarino e Pecorino grattugiato.
