SPAGHETTI ALLA RICOTTA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:


500 g Spaghetti
80 g ricotta stagionata
6 pomodori
4 spicchi aglio
Basilico
olio
sale

Spellare i pomodori, tritarli e metterli in una Terrina con l'aglio sbucciato, il Basilico spezzettato e l'olio.

Cuocere gli Spaghetti al dente in abbondante acqua salata, versarli nella Terrina, cospargerli con la ricotta grattugiata, mescolare bene e servire.
