SPAGHETTI ALL'ORIGANO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

500 g Spaghetti
400 g passato di pomodoro
2 spicchi aglio
4 cucchiai olio
1/2 cucchiaio origano in polvere
grana grattugiato
sale
Pepe

Far dorare l'aglio nell'olio, unire il passato di pomodoro, l'origano e il Pepe e far cuocere a fuoco vivo per circa 15 minuti.

Cuocere gli Spaghetti al dente in abbondante acqua salata, condirli con il sugo preparato, cospargere di grana e servire.
