SPAGHETTI ALLE OLIVE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g Spaghetti
50 g polpa di olive
20 g pangrattato
20 g parmigiano grattugiato
30 g burro
2 pomodori
Basilico
sale

Sciogliere il burro in una padella, aggiungere i pomodori spellati e tagliati a dadini, il Basilico e cuocere per 5 minuti a fuoco lento; unire il pangrattato e la polpa di olive e far cuocere per altri 5 minuti.

Cuocere gli Spaghetti al dente in abbondante acqua salata, padellarli, unire il parmigiano e servire.
