SPAGHETTI DELLA NOTTE DI SAN LORENZO

Ingredienti:

Per 4 persone:

400 g Spaghetti
4 cucchiai parmigiano, grattugiato
1 pomodoro grande e maturo, tagliato a dadi
4 Alici sotto sale, diliscate e spezzettate
40 g tonno
4 cucchiai olio extra-vergine d'oliva
qualche oliva nera
qualche foglia Basilico fresco

In un'ampia zuppiera di terracotta ponete a freddo tutti gli ingredienti per il sugo. Spezzateli ed amalgamate bene il tutto. Cuocere gli Spaghetti in abbondante acqua salata. Scolateli al dente e versateli ben caldi nella zuppiera. Unite i 4 cucchiai d'olio e mescolate velocemente.
