SPAGHETTI CON MOZZARELLA

Ingredienti:

Per 4 persone:

400 g Spaghetti
300 g latte
150 g Mozzarella
40 g burro
20 g farina
1/2 dado
sale

Tagliare a dadini la Mozzarella e metterla in una grande ciotola. Fare sciogliere il burro ed incorporarvi la farina, il latte freddo a poco a poco, salare ed unire il Mezzo dado. Far cuocere per qualche minuto. Scolare la pasta al dente e versarla sulla Mozzarella. Aggiungere la salsina calda e far amalgamare. Servire ben caldo.
