SPAGHETTI DELICATI

Ingredienti:

500

g Spaghetti
2 spicchi aglio
cipolla tritata
400 g passata di pomodori
5 cucchiai olio
parmigiano grattugiato
1 bicchiere spumante

Fate appassire per 10 minuti, in una casseruola con l'olio, il trito di aglio e cipolla. Aggiungete la passata di pomodoro, salate e cuocete per pochi minuti.

In questo sugo versate gli Spaghetti cotti e scolati al dente, aggiungendo 2 grosse manciate di parmigiano grattugiato.

Padellate per un attimo, mescolate con il rimanente spumante e servite.
