SPAGHETTI ALLE CIPOLLE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

500 g Spaghetti
2--3 cipolle
olio
burro
salsa di pomodoro
grana grattugiato
sale

Far rosolare le cipolle tritate nell'olio, unire la salsa di pomodoro diluita in acqua e far restringere la salsa.

Cuocere gli Spaghetti in abbondante acqua salata, condirli con la salsa preparata, una noce di burro e il grana, mescolare e servire.
