SPAGHETTI ALLE ARSELLE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

500 g Spaghetti
800 g Arselle
aglio
prezzemolo
Peperoncino
olio
sale

Far aprire a fuoco vivo le Arselle ben lavate, sgusciarle e farle insaporire in padella con l'olio, l'aglio, il Peperoncino e il prezzemolo tritato.

Cuocere gli Spaghetti al dente in abbondante acqua salata, condirli con le Arselle e servire.
