RUOTE ALLO ZAFFERANO E PISELLI

Ingredienti e preparazione per 4 persone:

360 gRuote
400 gpisellini surgelati
40 gburro
1 bustinaZafferano
1 piccola cipolla
sale
parmigiano grattugiato

In un tegame scaldate il burro, lasciatevi sfinire la cipolla tagliata a fettine molto sottili e poi aggiungete lo Zafferano sciolto in poca acqua tiepida. Mescolate. Sbollentate i piselli per 3 minuti in acqua salata, scolateli e poi uniteli al soffritto di cipolla. Cuocete per 10 minuti. Lessate la pasta. Scolatela e versatela nel tegame. Mescolate con parmigiano grattugiato e servite.
