RUOTE E CECI

Ingredienti:

Per 6 persone:

500 g pasta (Ruote)
400 g ceci lessati
3 pomodori rossi
1 cipolla
1 cuore sedano
1 ciuffo maggiorana
Peperoncino in polvere
aceto bianco
olio
sale
Pepe

Sciacquate i ceci, tagliate i pomodori a cubetti, affettate cipolla e sedano e tritate la maggiorana. Unite la pasta lessata e raffreddata e spolverate col Peperoncino. Condite con olio, aceto, sale e Pepe.
