REGINETTE CON PORRI

reginette_porri Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

350 g reginette
8 porri
2 dl latte
30 g burro
1 limone
Noce moscata
30 g grana
olio
sale
Pepe

Eliminare la parte verde dei porri, tagliarli a rondelle e soffriggerli nel burro su fuoco dolce. Unire il latte e cuocere mescolando spesso fino a quando i porri saranno morbidi. Regolare di sale e aromatizzare con scorza di limone grattugiata, Noce moscata e Pepe. Cuocere la pasta, scolarla al dente e condirla con il sugo ai porri e il grana grattugiato.
