RAVIOLI DELICATI

ravioli_delicati Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

50 g burro
1 spicchio aglio
150 g gamberetti sgusciati
spumante
1/2 bicchiere latte
sale
Pepe
370 g ravioli di magro

Saltare nel burro con l'aglio i gamberetti. Spruzzarli con lo spumante, far evaporare, quindi bagnare con il latte e cuocere per 10 minuti. Salare, pepare, frullare il tutto e con la salsa ottenuta condire i ravioli cotti al dente.
