PENNETTE PRIMAVERA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g pennette
400 g pomodori rossi
6 cucchiai olio
3 spicchi aglio
molto Basilico
70 g parmigiano grattugiato

In una grossa insalatiera tagliare a piccoli pezzetti i pomodori, unire l'olio, l'aglio, il Basilico tritato e lasciare riposare per un'ora. Togliere gli spicchi di aglio.

Cuocere la pasta, scolarla al dente e gettarla nell'insalatiera. Mescolare e cospargere di parmigiano.
