PENNETTE AI PORCINI E FINFERLI

Il finferlo lega con tutti i funghi... ma sopratutto va molto bene usato con i funghi del sangue nel fare dei buoni/issimi sughetti per la pasta o da servire sfusi nel secondo come contorno.

Rosolare prezzemolo olio e aglio, sale e Pepe i porcini tagliati fini e i Finferli interi piccoli o grossi (tagliuzzati in qualche modo). Dorare il tutto e versare nella pasta cotta al dente in acqua salata.
