PENNE ALLA VODKA CON PANCETTA

Ingredienti:

hg penne
250 g pancetta affumicata
1 hg burro
1 bicchierino Brandy
1 bicchierino vodka
1 scatola pelati
1/4 l panna da cucina
1 hg parmigiano grattugiato
sale
Pepe

Rosolare la pancetta, quando risulterà croccante aggiungere il Brandy, la vodka, i pelati schiacciati, sale e Pepe. Far cuocere per circa 20 minuti e a fine cottura aggiungere la panna. Condire con questo sugo le penne scolate al dente e aggiungere il parmigiano grattuggiato.
