PENNE CON SALMONE E PISELLINI

Tempo: 45 minuti
Ingredienti e preparazione per 4 persone:

320 gpenne
100 gsalmone al naturale
100 gpisellini surgelati
4 cucchiaiolio extravergine d'oliva
2 spicchiaglio
1/2 bicchierevino bianco secco
qualche fogliarucola
sale

Fate rosolare l'aglio tritato finemente nell'olio, unite i piselli scongelati ed il vino facendolo evaporare. Cuocete per 10 minuti. Aggiungete il salmone a piccoli pezzi, salate e proseguite la cottura per 5 minuti.
Fate cuocere la pasta in abbondante acqua salata, scolatela al dente, conditela con il sughetto preparato e la rucola fatta a pezzettini. Servite caldo.
