PENNE AL ROSMARINO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

500 g penne
50 g burro
2 rametti Rosmarino
1 cipolla
2 spicchi aglio
1 bicchiere vino bianco
1 dado
1 Peperoncino
pinoli
grana grattugiato
olio
sale

Far rosolare in una casseruola con olio e burro un trito di cipolla, aglio, Rosmarino e pinoli, bagnare con il vino, unire il Peperoncino e il dado sbriciolato e far cuocere per 10 minuti. Cuocere le penne al dente in abbondante acqua salata, condirle con la salsa preparata e il grana e servire.
