PENNE AI PEPERONI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

500 g penne
2 peperoni rossi
120 g formaggio tenero
2 cucchiai latte
olio
sale
Pepe

Mondare i peperoni, tagliarli a listarelle, lavarli e farli appassire per circa 20 minuti in un tegame con olio. Salare, pepare, aggiungere il formaggio a pezzetti e amalgamare con il latte. Cuocere le penne in abbondante acqua salata, scolarle al dente, condirle con il sugo di peperoni e servire calde.
