PENNE AL PEPERONE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

350 g penne
1 peperone giallo
100 g panna da cucina
sale
olio
parmigiano

Arrostite il peperone nel forno o sul fuoco, spellatelo e tagliatelo a listarelle. Conditelo con un po' di sale e olio, frullatelo e unitelo alla panna.

Scolate la pasta al dente, conditela con la crema ottenuta ed il parmigiano, mescolate bene e servite.
