PENNE DEL MOZZO

Ingredienti:

pomodori maturi
Capperi
Basilico fresco
olio extravergine di oliva
parmigiano grattugiato
4 hg penne

Pelare i pomodori, tritarli assieme ai Capperi ed al Basilico, porre il tutto in una ciotola e incorporarvi un po' di olio ed il parmigiano. Dopo aver lessato la pasta, scolarla al dente e condirla con la salsa. Volendo si puo' arricchire il piatto aggiungendo della Mozzarella tagliata a dadini.
