PENNE INTEGRALI SFIZIOSE 2

Dosi per 4.

320 g penne integrali
400 g broccoli
1 cipolla
2 peperoni
q.b. olio
sale
Pepe
scaglie di grana

Preparazione:

  1. tagliare i peperoni, mondati, a fettine non troppo lunghe
  2. far rosolare in poco olio, la cipolla tagliata a fettine con i peperoni e cuocere per 15 minuti
  3. portare a ebollizione l'acqua e cuocere i broccoli, tagliati a cimette, insieme alla pasta
  4. scolare e padellate col sugo ai peperoni unendo scaglie di grana
