PENNE AL GRANCHIO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g penne
300 g polpa di granchio in scatola
400 g pomodori pelati
2 spicchi aglio
prezzemolo
olio
sale
Pepe

Scaldare in una casseruola l'olio con l'aglio sbucciato e il prezzemolo tritato; unire la polpa di granchio a pezzetti, lasciar insaporire, mescolare e cospargere di Pepe, aggiungere i pomodori a pezzi, salare, far cuocere per 15 minuti, passare al frullatore, rimettere in padella, versare le penne cotte al dente, spolverizzare di Pepe, far mantecare e servire.
