PENNE AL GORGONZOLA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

500 g penne
150 g Gorgonzola
200 ml panna da cucina
burro
Salvia
parmigiano grattugiato
sale
Pepe

Far soffriggere in una padella grande il burro con la Salvia, unire il Gorgonzola tagliato a pezzetti, la panna, il Pepe e far sciogliere a fuoco lento mescolando.

Cuocere le penne al dente, versarle nella padella, far amalgamare bene, cospargere di parmigiano e servire.
