PENNE FANTASIA

Ingredienti:

Per 4 persone:

350 g penne
300 g pomodori maturi
100 g pancetta
200 g tonno sott'olio
5 foglie Basilico
1 spicchio aglio
1 scalogno
olio
parmigiano
sale

Tritate lo scalogno e fate la pancetta a dadini, fateli soffriggere in un tegame con olio e aglio; quando sono imbionditi aggiungete i pomodori tagliati a tocchetti. Fate cuocere per 1/4 d'ora, unite il tonno spezzettato e le foglie di Basilico. Scolate la pasta e conditela con la salsa e il parmigiano.
