PENNE ELICOIDALI ?BON APPETIT?

Ingredienti e preparazione per 4 persone:

350 gpenne elicoidali
2 peperoni rossi
1 cipolla
100 gsalsiccia
500 gpomodori pelati
olio
sale

Rosolate la cipolla finemente tritata, aggiungete la salsiccia sbriciolata e priva delle sua pelle e, in seguito, i peperoni a listarelle. Lasciate insaporire per qualche attimo; infine, unite i pomodori.
Cuocete per mezz'ora circa regolando di sale. A parte fate lessare le penne. Scolatele e conditele con il sugo.
