PENNE AI CARCIOFI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g penne rigate
300 g cuori di carciofi
100 g pancetta
1 ciuffo prezzemolo
1 spicchio aglio
pomodori pelati
4 cucchiai olio
sale
Pepe nero

Rosolare in una teglia la pancetta, il prezzemolo e l'aglio; dopo qualche minuto aggiungere i carciofi e lasciare insaporire. Salare, pepare, unire i pomodori ed incoperchiare la teglia, lasciando cuocere a fiamma moderata.

Lessare la pasta, scolarla e condirla con la salsa; servire subito.
