PASTASCIUTTA ALLA PASSATA DI POMODORO

Ingredienti:

400

g penne o sedani rigati
passata di pomodoro
origano
parmigiano grattugiato
olio

Ponete in una Terrina la passata di pomodoro (quanto basta), salate e pepate. Aggiungete l'origano e l'olio d'oliva crudo. Amalgamate con la forchetta. Cuocete la pasta in acqua salata, poi versatela nel sugo cospargendo abbondantemente di formaggio.
