PASTA SAPORITA

pasta_saporita Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

350 g penne
100 g olive verdi snocciolate
1 cucchiaio Capperi
2 filetti Acciuga
1 cetriolino sott'aceto
1 cucchiaio pinoli
1 spicchio aglio
400 g passato di pomodoro
3 cucchiai olio
sale
Pecorino grattugiato

Tritare olive, Capperi, Acciuga, cetriolino, pinoli e aglio. Mettere il trito in un tegame con il pomodoro e l'olio. Cuocere per 20'. Condire con la salsa preparata le penne cotte al dente e servire con abbondante Pecorino grattugiato.
